The Coupon Usage & Invoicing Report monitors promotional activity by filtering customer and company data, allowing for instant invoice generation through smart checkboxes that automatically hide for unused or already-invoiced coupons. The Doctor Appointment & Revenue Report provides a clear view of total appointments and costs by type, offering flexible filtering by branch and date range with full export capabilities for administrative review. Finally, the Customer Engagement Report tracks the complete client journey—including pending, completed, and next appointment dates—allowing users to customize data fields by name or mobile number and export comprehensive records for better follow-up and clinical tracking.

Appointment Coupon Report
The Appointment Coupon Report serves as a centralized financial and administrative hub for managing promotional discounts and corporate billing. This report allows you to track exactly which coupons are being utilized and by whom, providing a transparent view of adjusted revenue.
Comprehensive Data TrackingThe report generates a detailed list of coupon activity, capturing essential information for every transaction:

Financial Metrics: The system tracks the initial coupon Amount, the Left Amount (if the coupon is reusable or partially used), and the overall usage Status.

Management Tools: Administrators have the flexibility to Edit coupon details or Delete entries if an error was made or a promotion needs to be revoked.
Smart Filtering and Invoicing Logic
The report includes built-in intelligence to simplify bulk billing for corporate clients:

Company Filters: When you filter the report by a specific Company, the interface adapts to show a checkbox next to coupon codes.

Automated Invoice Creation: By selecting these checkboxes, you can instantly generate an invoice for all selected coupon uses in one action.

Duplicate and Error Prevention: To maintain accounting integrity, the system automatically hides the checkbox if an invoice has already been created for that specific coupon or if the coupon remains unused. This ensures that you only bill for completed transactions and never double-charge a client.
