What is the use of Branch Setting ?

 

Streamline your operations by customizing each location with a dedicated Branch Name and specific Daily Timings to reflect local operating hours. Effortlessly Assign Team Members and Rooms to ensure the right staff and spaces are always available, while managing Resources to prevent equipment double-bookings. Additionally, you can set custom Holiday Dates to automatically block out the calendar, ensuring your branch schedule remains accurate and professional year-round.

How to open Branch Module?

 

To manage your branch-specific operations, navigate to the system settings and follow this path: Settings > Special Modules > Branches. From this module, you can open the Branch Model to define your location’s identity and operational limits.

 

How to Create Branch?

 

  • Branch Name: Enter a unique identifier for the location (e.g., "isreal branch") to differentiate it within your network.

  • Branch-Wise Daily Timing: Customize availability by selecting a specific Day and setting the corresponding Start Time and End Time to match local operating hours.

  • Assign Team Members: BUse the Team Member Name field to link specific staff, such as doctors or specialists, to this particular branch.

  • Assign Rooms: Designate physical spaces by selecting the appropriate Appointment Room (e.g., room 1, room 2) available at this location.

  • Assign Resources: Link necessary tools or equipment under Appointment Resource to ensure logistics are tracked alongside room and staff availability.

  • Set Holiday Dates: Use the Holiday Dates section to select specific calendar days when the branch will be closed, preventing any automated scheduling on those dates.

Room Configuration

Ready to start booking? Follow these two simple steps to activate the Appointment Module:

 

  • Room Identification: The primary requirement is to set the Room Name (e.g., "Room 1" or "Consultation Suite") to ensure clear scheduling and avoid confusion.

  • Branch Association: Once the name is established, these rooms can be linked to a specific branch under the Appointment Room field in the branch settings.

  • Capacity Management: By defining each room by name, the system ensures that physical space is reserved alongside the assigned team member and necessary resources.

 

Resource Management

 

  • Resource Identification: The primary step is to provide a specific Resource Name (e.g., "Laser Machine," "Projector," or "Medical Kit").

  • Availability Tracking: By naming each resource, the system can monitor its usage across different appointments, preventing the same piece of equipment from being double-booked for different rooms or team members.

  • Branch Integration: Once defined by name, these resources become available to be assigned to specific branches within the Appointment Resource section of the branch configuration model.
